PRIVACY POLICY OF THE  INTERNATIONAL AIR SHOW 2025 WEBSITE

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of your data, including personal data processing and the use of cookies.

1. General information.

1.1. This Policy applies to the website on http://airshowradom.pl/.

1.2. The website operator and personal data controller is the Military Property Agency (Agencja Mienia Wojskowego), 00-911 Warszawa, ul. Nowowiejska 26A.

1.4. The MPA is the controller of your personal data in relation to the details provided voluntarily on the Website.

1.5. The website uses personal data to handle queries posted via a contact form.

1.6. The Website collects information about users and their behaviour in the following way:

  • through users’ voluntarily entering data in contact forms which are uploaded to the Operator’s system,
  • through saving cookie files (“cookies”) on end devices.

2. Selected data protection methods applied by the Operator.

2.1. The details of the location where the users sign in and enter their personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certification). Thanks to this, personal data and sign-in details entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and may be read only on the target server.

2.2. User data are stored in a hashed form. Hashing is a one-way function, and it is not possible to revert its outcome, which is currently the standard for storing user passwords.

2.3. The Operator changes its administrator passwords on a periodic basis.

2.4. To secure the data, the Operator makes back-up copies on a regular basis.

2.5. Another vital element of data protection is the regular update of any software which is used by the Operator to process personal data, which involves, in particular, the regular updates of programming components.

3.1. The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the Operator’s server: ….

4. Your rights and additional information about the use of your data.

4.1. In certain situations, the Controller may transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you, or for the purpose of fulfilling the Controller’s obligations. This applies to such recipient groups as:

  • the hosting company under a data processing agreement,
  • authorised employees and co-operators who use the data for the purpose of fulfilling the party’s objectives.

5. You data are processed by the Controller for as long as necessary for the performance of related activities governed by separate legal regulations (e.g. accounting laws). As regards marketing data, they will be processed for a maximum of 3 years.

6. You have the right to request from the Controller:

  • access to your personal data,
  • rectification of personal data,
  • erasure of personal data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability.

7. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, whereas the right to object to processing may not be exercised where there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Controller’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul.  Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

9. You provide your data voluntarily. However, they are necessary for us to manage the Website.

10. You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of rendering services under the agreement, or for direct marketing purposes.

11. Your personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection laws. This means that they are not transferred outside the European Union.

12. Information about the contact forms.

12.1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the users, including personal data, if shared.

12.2. The Website may save information about connection parameters (time, IP address).

12.3. In some cases, the Website may save information which facilitates links between the data in the form and the e-mail address of the user filling in the form. In such an event, the user’s e-mail address appears inside the address of the webpage containing the form.

12.4. The data provided in the contact forms are processed for purposes arising from the function of the specific form, e.g. to process a support request, trade contact, service registration, etc. The context and description of a given form contains clear information about its intended use.

13. Administrator’s logs

13.1. Information about user behaviour on the Website may be logged. The data are used for website administration purposes.

14. Significant marketing techniques.

14.1. The Operator uses website traffic statistical analysis through Google Analytics (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA). The Operator will not transfer any personal data to the operator of the said service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device. As regards information about users’ preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the users may browse and edit information arising from cookie files with the use of the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.

14.2. The Operator uses Facebook Pixel. The technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc. with its registered office in the USA) to obtain information that a given registered person uses the Website. Facebook relies on the data in respect of which it is the Controller, while the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device.

15. Information about cookie files.

15.1. The website uses cookie files.

15.2. Cookie files (“cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files which are stored on the Website User’s end device and intended for the use of the Website’s webpages. Cookies usually include the name of a webpage they come from, the time of storage on an end device, and a unique number.

15.3. The Website Operator is the entity uploading cookie files on the User’s end device and obtaining access to such files.

15.4. Cookie files are used for the following purposes:

  • maintaining the user’s session (after signing in) which allows the user to avoid typing in login and password data on every webpage forming part of the Website, 
  • the performance of objectives defined above in the part entitled “Significant marketing techniques”.

15.5. Two essential types of cookie files are applied within the Website,  session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files which are stored on the User’s end device until log out, leaving the webpage, or turning off software (an internet browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the period specified in cookie file parameters or until the User removes the cookies.

15.6. Internet browsing software (browser) usually allows the storage of cookie files on the User’s end device by default. Website users may change the settings in this respect. Internet browsers allow cookie files to be deleted. Automated blocking of cookie files is also possible. 15.8. Cookie files saved on the Website User’s end device may also be used by entities cooperating with the Website operator, including  Google (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA),and Facebook (Facebook Inc. with its registered office in the USA).

16.1. If the User does not wish to receive cookie files, they may change their browser settings. Please note that the disabling of cookie files, which are necessary for authentication processes, security, and maintenance of user preferences, may disrupt the use of webpages, and even make it impossible in extreme situations.
