Whether this is your first or hundredth AirSHOW, the Spectator’s Guide below may be useful. We know what we’re talking about—we have extensive experience!

Tips:
- drink lots and lots of water. Any other fluids will work, but water is the best! Remember to stay hydrated!
A nutritious breakfast at home and a few small snacks in your backpack. Hunger often hits us unexpectedly, and the food court is either far away or there’s a long line. And when you’re hungry, you’re angry. - bring sunglasses, high-factor sunscreen, and definitely a hat! You’ll be surprised how much you’ve walked in the sun during the AirSHOW. Even through the clouds, the sun shines and tans, and the open air of the airport only serves to gradually “color” you; it’s good to control the shade of brown you’re acquiring. There will be tents, of course, and the beloved shadow of the large transporters on static display, but be prepared nonetheless.
- comfortable shoes are essential! Light and airy ones are best for the long airport walks. Keep the weather in mind. Be prepared for rain, and pack at least an extra pair of socks.
- speaking of rain, a small umbrella, but one without sharp edges, and preferably a jacket or, even better, a light raincoat, are perfect for sudden weather changes. A few plastic bags to protect your camera or camcorder will also be useful. You can always collect your trash in them if the weather cooperates.
- bring earplugs. The shows can be very loud! From the roar of piston engines to the roar of the Su-22 jet! Sometimes the sound is so intense that you can feel vibrations in your stomach! Earplugs are essential, especially for the youngest fans of the shows.
- check the weather forecast, but don’t cancel the show just because of a little rain or morning fog. The show will go on despite surprises like scattered showers, fog, or overcast skies. So, you can pack an umbrella that can also protect you from the sun, some rain gear, and head to AirSHOW Radom with confidence.
- leave unnecessary equipment at home. The following items are best for the show: a small, foldable chair, a sleeping mat or blanket, binoculars, a camera or camcorder. The following are prohibited: lighter-than-air balloons, glass, alcohol, knives, weapons, explosives, etc. Generally, anything you can’t take to the airport is also prohibited at the airport during AirSHOW Radom.
- Lighten your wallet. Remove any unnecessary documents. A ticket, ID card, or driver’s license, and some cash will be perfectly sufficient. It’ll hurt less if you lose it.

- arrive early. If you want to take great photos of the planes on static display, arrive as soon as the airport gates open. You’ll avoid crowds of people getting in your way. Many photographers also wait until the end of the show to capture the soft light.
- Prepare yourself. Look for informational materials on our website, maps, plans, and the show program. Print them out or download them to your smartphone – be prepared; it makes your time at the shows much easier and more enjoyable.
- arrange a meeting place with your family or travel companions in case you get separated – an unofficial one known only to you, the public ones may be crowded.
- remember that mobile phones may simply not work due to network congestion.
- when your child goes missing, first of all, don’t panic! We have a Lost Child Point, and show commentators regularly announce the names of little, lost children. It’s a good idea to teach your little one to confidently tell UNIFORMED PEOPLE their name, their parents’ names, and, ideally, put your contact number in their pocket.
- if you need any help, the Information Point employees or the Organizational Office Volunteers will be happy to help you solve your problem.

Safetyness:
- the Security Service is working for our safety and yours – please follow their instructions.
- react to inappropriate behavior, but not with aggression! Be vigilant, report danger and any situations that pose a threat to participants to the Security Service. Is someone drinking alcohol or being aggressive? Don’t be indifferent! We all want to have a great time at AirSHOW Radom!
- Do not touch the aircraft or equipment without the consent of the operating staff.
- Leave pets at home!
- Do not litter! All small, flying objects pose a huge threat to aircraft! Dispose of everything in the trash bins, which we will place in a specially designated area.

We recommend:
- feel free to talk to the pilots and aircraft maintenance staff.
- Ask questions – we assure you, everyone will be happy to answer your questions, share some interesting facts and stories, and take a selfie with you!
- Go sightseeing! Walk around the “static” area, check out our checklist of aircraft on display – don’t miss any of our planned attractions! T
- ake photos, record videos! Capture your memories! You can share them on our Facebook page; it’s created for you, and by you! #AirSHOWRadom2025.
The most important things at the Air Show are: a smile, a good mood, and a positive attitude! AirSHOW Radom is a festival of amazing aviation experiences. Enjoy and have fun!
